A WRITTEN ORDER is required to confirm an order. The confirmation should include who the furniture is to be shipped to plus as many phone numbers as possible.


A 50 % DEPOSIT is required at ordering, balance due before delivery.


FREIGHT CHARGES to your home are separate from furniture prices and are payable to the shipping company upon delivery, Estimates are available.


WE SHIP by insured furniture movers who will uncarton your furniture and set it up in your home.


DELIVERY DATES are estimates. We can not guarantee a specific date or be responsible for manufacturer delays.


CANCELLATION is possible as long as the manufacturer accepts it. On upholstery orders, once the fabric is cut, it is not cancellable. A $25.00 handling fee will be charged for a cancelled order. Failure to accept any order that can not be cancelled will result in forfeit of your deposit.


SALES TAX - If you or your agent take possession of furniture within North Carolina, you must pay North Carolina Sales Tax. If furniture is shipped into another state, you are responsible for reporting your purchase to your own state for any applicable tax.
